Return and Refund Policy

At Venelleza Fashion Jewelry, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it.  If for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
• Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

Every piece is handcrafted with the highest quality standards (backed by our NataV Certified Guarantee).  If your items arrive damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

• Please contact us at natav@venelleza.com with a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at natav@venelleza.com with your order number and reason for return. 
2. Once your request is approved, we will send you the shipping instructions. 
3. Shipping Costs: We will provide you with pre-paid shipping package. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
